Hi List,

I am a new member to this list though I am on some other Digium lists.

We do no Asterisk SS7 yet, but do use SS7 via a Lucent switch and Syniverse.

We have A-Links and 4 point codes, one now in use.

Is there something equivalent to a router for SS7 purposes in the
Linux/Asterisk area so that spare point codes could be routed over the A
links or the available point codes could be blocked and used locally?

Maybe it is an MTP? Are there some available for the "small market"? I have
seen some devices listed at $300,000 and that is not what we are looking
for.

Thanks

Cary
