todo:
- make ss7linktest work again
- documentation of the new features
- more tests with STP(s)
- ANSI: testing, implementing some ansi isup timers, moving some isup
messages into the new model and some work on the new mtp3 stuff
- set up default values of the isup/mtp3/q707 timers (currently disabled
if not configured)
