SS7 SMS

To send message other than SMSC we need to have a Gateway MSC (our server) 
connected to switch /MSC but even in this case there is a limitation on 
message termination at the Signaling links . if the trafic is full on these 
back end links even though we have an extra smsc doesnt server the purpose
