It seems like the package has been dropped: https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/state/-/commit/e5765b0d42368df57810e16d15b3d4df48164ba1 But I don't have any further information on the why, the maintainer that did the changes maintains KDE (together with other people) and usually just drops stuff when it's discontinued by upstream, so that is maybe something that you could look into a bit further ..
