Thank you Felix  for all the work you've done over the years helping to
make Arch into what it is today. 

I wonder if you could share any updates on the maintainer
transition and any thoughts around the rather large 3.12 project?

I also notice that while many python modules have continued to be
updated some have not.  Is the thinking perhaps  to hold on some,
especially perhaps the more complicated ones like pandas, until 3.12 is
out?
