Usually The Register is dead-on with tech news, but they really
screwed-the-pooch on their systemd 254 article. If this is nothing but a new
subcommand, then it is a who-cares issue, I won't use that target or subcommand.
The article completely misses (or omits) that point. Given their track
record, the omission wasn't intentional.
