At least, until KDE releases the first beta of Plasma 6 (note that there isn't an official schedule for Plasma 6 yet). Plasma 6 is quite broken (or at least when I tried some weeks ago), so probably packaging Plasma 6 as-is is not worth the extra effort. But maybe Antonio Rojas, who maintains the KDE packages, can correct me. Yes, it is still an official repo. It is normally empty, and it only gets packages whenever there is a beta of Plasma or KDE Gear.
