Hi,

I can't comment on {aur,chaotic-aur}/zoom. At the peak of the pandemic,
I took part in some training courses, some of which were conducted via
Zoom. I didn't do this with my Arch Linux PC, but with an iPad Pro. At
first I refused to install the app and tried Zoom from different web
browsers. This was a total disaster when it came to audio. I ended up
using the app and although it worked better, it was still no fun in
terms of audio. It wasn't ok with the iPad's internal audio thingy, let
alone a Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 2nd generation. This was without
streaming music at the same time. It made my hair stand on end when I
read Zoom related to audio issues.

If you use Zoom by a web browser, try whatever is provided by the AUR or
the chaotic-aur repository.

Regards,
Ralf
