Hello Jens,I have taken a look at the package, and the maintainer, it seems the TU which maintains the package is no longer updating his packages, a lot of his packages have not been updated.
This could be that the maintainer does not wish to maintain the package anymore, or is no longer active, that I am not able to deduce (Maybe a TU can help with this?).
If netbeans is not going to be supported, I would like to take it on but first it needs to be moved to an AUR.
Looking at the PKGBUILD it does not seem difficult to maintain, and thus I got a feeling I can easily get this package back up and running if a TU is not able to do so.
