I actually fixed this by removing the ibfonts-meta-extended, ibfonts-meta-base, ibfonts-meta-extended-lt, and ttf-noto-serif-multilang-ib packages, and then reinstalling ibfonts-meta-base and ibfonts-meta-extended.
