`yaourt -G tuxguitar` -- if you use yaourt.

Or as Sebastian says, use the ABS. But don't wait to synchronize
*everything*, just `sudo abs community/tuxguitar`

Personally I prefer asp (from the AUR package asp-git):
    `asp export tuxguitar` -- fetch history (if asp does not already know
about it) and export to directory in one move, plus no need to type the
name of the repo first.
