Well, the requirements for TUs
(http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/TU_Person_Specification) do sound
very different from the requirements for junior devs (specifically the
stuff about 'following upstream and chasing down bugs'). Though I do
think it is part of the TU job description, it doesn't appear to be in
the wiki.
