Follow your own rule. Prove cdrkit to be illegal.

If you can't, there's no point in continuing this discussion.


Wait so if someone says that cdrtools is illegal, he has to prove that it's not, but if someone says that cdrkit is illegal, he has to prove that it is? Will you be my lawyer?
