Looks like something on that machine is POSTing 4KB to your apache server every 10 seconds, and apache is set up to accept it.
Perhaps you need to investigate what that something is.
Since apache is accepting the POST, it follows that you would have an idea what that process is - you would have had to configure apache for this to work, it will not do this out of the box.
