Depends on if you have KeepAlive turned On and the value of the MaxKeepAliveRequests. Otherwise I guess the number of TCP connections/sockets is limited by the OS i.e the number of file descriptors per process.

Hi guys,

I want to know how many TCP-connections apache allows at the same time per default.

Is it the Max_Clients setting?
If I understand it correctly, it is not the Max_clients-setting because a Client can have more than one TCP Connection..
