Subject: can't start apacheMatt,
When I try to start I get:
the requested operation failed.
Nothing in the error log.
In event viewer, I get several errors:
The Apache service named reported the following error:
domain name, using 192.168.1.110 for ServerName .httpd.exe: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified

The Apache service named reported the following error:
make_sock: could not bind to address 192.168.1.2:80 .(OS 10049)The requested address is not valid in its context. :

no listening sockets available, shutting down .

It has been working properly before today.
Not sure what is going on.
Are you running the command as an administrator?
