Subject:  can't start apache

When I try to start I get:
the requested operation failed.

Nothing in the error log.

In event viewer, I get several errors:

The Apache service named  reported the following error:
httpd.exe: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified
domain name, using 192.168.1.110 for ServerName     .

The Apache service named  reported the following error:
(OS 10049)The requested address is not valid in its context.  :
make_sock: could not bind to address 192.168.1.2:80     .

The Apache service named  reported the following error:
no listening sockets available, shutting down     .

The Apache service named  reported the following error:
Unable to open logs     .

It has been working properly before today.

Not sure what is going on.
