if you had signed this message as "Barak Obama" or "Jennifer Aniston",
many people would probably make a big effort to read your question and 
understand what you want.

But since you are only "ricardo13", as it stands, there is a fair chance 
that it will be ignored.

May I thus suggest that you repost your question, indicating :
- which version of Apache this relates to
- which "queue size" you are talking about
- what are the "workers" you are talking about
- which documentation you have been reading

Using some space and punctuation, to make your message easier to read, 
would also help.
