Good documentation / tutorials aren't going to get you very far, ever,
unless you yourself develop a comprehensive set of system administration
skills, including a CCNA-level understanding of the OSI model, e.g.
sockets, & subnetting.

Here's a hint:

Apache writes log files.  Install Cygwin and run the 'tail -F' command
upon those logs.
