If you are sure about what you are getting I would go to Apache site 
direct..

http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi

to be sure that you get the correct version.. Also you should be getting a
zip. Look about 1/2 way down the page, and you will see a file for windows
32.  The one that you got was for Linux / Unix..

Also here is a tutorial for install the three on Windows..
