O'Reilly have now published "Apache 2 Pocket Reference". It is available for purchase on O'Reilly's web site, as well as from Amazon and other online bookstores. O'Reilly also have the book available to purchase from their site as a downloadable PDF file. The book is priced at US$14.99 (£8.99) and the PDF US$11.99. This book started off as the second edition of my "Apache Pocket Reference", but as I worked on it it became clear that it was not feasible to cover Apache 1.3 and 2.x in the same book. As it is, the number of directives covered has increased from something like 150 to about 350, and the number of pages from 110 to 208. I have tried to succinctly cover all the directives and modules included in the 2.2.9 release of Apache. I would welcome any feedback, corrections, or suggestions for improvements.
