I'm not (yet) an expert, but isn't your problem the [,PT] flag above ? Does that flag not imply "stop rewriting here and proxy now" ?
What if you move the PT flag to the next rule, like :
RewriteRule ^/jahia/Jahia/(.+)$ /$1 [L,PT] </VirtualHost>
