Re: Apache and lingering close

I am not using mod_cgi and mod_proxy as well, not able to identify what the real cause is .Any pointers or suggestion would be of great help.

Re: the high number of CLOSE_WAIT -- Do you have threads hanging in
something like CGI or proxy?  Any idea what the actual problem is?
