It depends if you use any kind of rewrite or CMS. If you do, chances are that the result code (200) is because of the rewrite and the page returned is your 'error' or 'home' page all the time. Check the size returned. If it is always the same and (incidentally) exactly the same size returned for the 'home' or 'error' page, then you have it.
