Here is what is generated in error log:
[Sun Jan 20 08:02:49 2008] [error] [client 192.168.1xx.xxx] Directory index forbidden by Options directive: /srv/www/htdocs/sites/MTwG/spy/
[Sun Jan 20 08:03:05 2008] [error] [client 192.168.1xx.xxx] script '/srv/www/htdocs/sites/MTwG/install.php' not found or unable to stat
[Sun Jan 20 08:03:15 2008] [error] [client 192.168.1xx.xxx] PHP Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0
[Sun Jan 20 08:03:15 2008] [error] [client 192.168.1xx.xxx] PHP Warning: Unknown: Failed opening '/srv/www/htdocs/sites/MTwG/spy/twatch/install.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php5:/usr/share/php5/PEAR') in Unknown on line 0

I am looking at the Options directive but only see this one in my vhost.conf:
Options +ExecCGI -Includes
Should that - be a + or should someother word be there?
