ok, 

I fixed my problem.

When i send: ./nogala.cgi
 -bash: ./nogala.cgi: /usr/bin/perl^M: bad interpreter: Aucun fichier ou
répertoire de ce type 

the end of line UNIX ^M was not correct on LINUX

If you look in apache docs, you'd find:

Read from "Internal server error"...
