Php not running

Hello,
I am able to view local host http://localhost/ and able to view php installtion details by use this command on php file
 <?php phpinfo(); ?>.
But i am not able to use any other php script on my local machine. for like
<html>
<head>
<title>PHP Test</title>
</head>
<body>
<p>This is an HTML line
<p>
<?php
echo "This is a PHP line";
phpinfo();
?>
</body></html>
I am attached php.ini and httpd.conf and php info result file.
