I would delete those files and reload the Apache service to see if you still get that.  Anyway maybe changing log level could be more meaningful, I can’t know it upfront, you have to try J

yes. the same thing happens in the error log.

 

why would changing the LogLevel make a difference on whether or not the beginning of some lines are randomly truncated/missing?
