I am not sure you will get many answers to the last few questions you sent to the list.

 

You are asking very basic, yet broad questions: they are not specific at all. Furthermore your questions do not show that you’ve tried to do any work and have reached a stopping point where you need help. Because of that, it’s hard to help you and most of your questions are not appropriate for this list.

 

Please read the Apache FAQ and support links on http://httpd.apache.org/. I would suggest that you read the documentation for your OS and for Apache and then experiment. After that, please read How To Ask Questions the Smart Way.

 

With respect to static to dynamic pages: there are many Apache HOWTO tutorials and web programming guides on the web that will allow you to grasp the basics, I would suggest you use your favorite search engine to find them and start researching.
