Old version. You should upgrade.
Here is the error message I get from apache's error_log: [Sun Dec 10 21:22:54 2006] [error] [client 64.246.165.210] (13)Permission denied: access to /robots.txt denied, referer: http://www.whois.sc/ [Sun Dec 10 21:22:54 2006] [error] [client 64.246.165.210] (13)Permission denied: access to / denied, referer: http://www.whois.sc/renshawauto.us [Mon Dec 11 11:25:39 2006] [error] [client 216.206.131.114] (13)Permission denied: access to / denied
This is a unix filesystem permissions problem. You have checked the www directory and files, but you also need at search (chmod +x) access to all the parent directories right up to the root. In addition, you should check for any SELinux permissions problems.
