DSO-Compiling Error: apxs:Error: Command failed with rc=65536

By compiling of the mod_proxy_html (version 2.5.2) for apache2.0.50(on LINUX) with the command  
"apxs -c -I/usr/include/libxml2 -i mod_proxy_html.c", I get the follow error:

Can anybody help me to fix this problem.
