I do not know, what you do, but I am subscribed with more then one
E-Mail and used <users-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> to unsubscribe.

It works like expected.

Maybe you have non encoded RFC2047 characters in the From: Header?
Some mailinglist managers maybe confused and stop processing the
From: which is required to unsubscribe.
