Hello,

I just set up a parallel system which works. The only difference is: this system uses a MySQL DB4.0 which comes with the distribution instead of brand new rpms from MySQL.

Now, I'm not much of a linux detective. How can I figure out what makes the difference in the working system with the MySQL 4.0 (pre-build by SuSE) from the other one?

cheers,
Pete
