I just read through svn.apache.com and it appears the Debian comment is
a bit misleading ... perhaps I'll file a bug :-).

I read through the source about 10 months ago so I know that but the
note in the STATUS file had me hoping.

Peruser MPMs is what perchild is supposed to do ... I guess I'll look at
that first.  Thanks.
