Without *any* issue, not likley.

You're best off recompiling apache, otherwise you'll spend more time and energy shoehorning it into your OS's 32bit libs/support (if any) when a simple rebuild, even from source, will only take a little bit and result in a 100% gauranteed to work without futzing binary.
