That depends on the 32-bit architecture you're moving from and the
64-bit architecture you're moving to, and whether or not you install any
32-bit compatibility layer on the target 64-bit install. Potentially,
yes, there are circumstances in which that will work, but it's by no
means simple. You'll need to expend some effort to validate the
compatibility.
