Hi Pine,
this happens often on my server too. Some (wannabe?) hacker is scanning random webhosts for the existence of a certain program. In this case it scans for phpmyadmin - a maintenance program for sql databases. If the scanner returns a positive request (phpmyadmin exists) to the hacker then he can check to get access to this server manually. 
If you dont have this program installed then it should not matter to anything. I see in your logfile a 404 error, so its not there anyway.
