To bring the secure server down on one instance would the easiest way be commenting out #llisten 443 and then issuing a "apachectl graceful", and Vice versa for port 80? Can one instance have Vitural Server Hosting on port 80 but not on the Secure Server? Also it might be a nightmare to configure PHP on two separate instances, if you have the servers installed under different users.
