Hi!

I'm glad I found the solution!!!

The HTTPD.CONF file must contain 'AddDefaultCharset ISO-8859-8-I'

The Hebrew default charset appears without the 'I' letter.
'I'=implied logical (R2L).

More info about Hebrew support at:
http://mirrors.isc.org/pub/www.watersprings.org/pub/id/draft-nussbacher-bourvine-hebrew-email-01.txt

Hope it will help others.

Find a tool that will let you display the HTTP Response headers sent
by the two servers and see what the differences are. That will tell
you what needs to be fixed.
