RE: [users@httpd] Config apache with php

Try

LoadModule php_module C:/php-4.3.11-Win32/sapi/php4apache2.dll
(you may also need quotes around the path)

Or move the php4apache2.dll to the modules folder and use this
(this is what's in my httpd.conf)

LoadModule php4_module modules/php4apache2.dll
