Title: Random Link error

Hello, I am new to the list but that is because this is the first time I have ever had a problem with Apache in the last few years that I couldn't solve by just reading the manual.  I have installed Apache 2.0 on a RedHat 9.0 system.  I have also installed PHP 4 something (I forget at the moment) and MySQL.  The problem is the fact that most of the time 80% when you click on a link on my website (http://www.ortv.com) everything works fine.  But for some reason sometimes you will click on a link, or I have a page redirect and I get a page not found error.  The weird part is that when I hit the refresh button, everything works fine.  I don't change anything it just decided to work.

This is getting to be anoying and I can't seem to fiqure out what might be the problem.  It just happens radomly and it will happen to both PHP and regular HTML pages.  Does anyone know what might be the problem or what setting I am missing?

Thank You

Jason
