There's really just source: labelling one bundle Unix because it's packed
as a compressed tarball and another as Windows because it's zipped is
a bit of a red herring.

They're prerequsites.  Either download them from their respective sources,
or use your system's package manager to install them (as it will do for
you if you install a packaged HTTPD.
