Hi Eric, yes. mod_wl directives scoped local to the <IfModule> and <Directory|Location|LocationMatch> sections in which they appear. It's good idea to see default configuration for WL plug-in with - “__WebLogicBridgeConfig” (you also need to set DebugConfigInfo ON) and check if Debug is ON by default. in that case you have to explicitly set it OFF in each section where wl config present.
