I think there's some basic issue with Alias/Action/AddHandler/SetHandler that I'm missing, and the documentation doesn't seem to be helping. I think the big issue is that in the location with the documents (to be processed by the FastCGI app) you want the handler to be something defined by Action, and for the script itself you want the handler to be fcgid-script.
