[RFC] Revert "drm/amdgpu/gfx8: Fix SET_RESOURCES packet"

Hey Tom,

If it's the same as your old firmware you might be missing an extra step. I
usually just run the kernel 'make install' as that usually take care of the
distro specific quirks.
