Create a specific menu for the CONFIG_HDMI_LPE_AUDIO setting.
Add additional narrative to further explain the function of the
CONFIG_HDMI_LPE_AUDIO setting.
Remove subsequently unnecessary CONFIG_SND_X86 setting.
