Merged patch_alc882() and patch_alc883()

Hi,

I hacked around patch_realtek.c to clean it up a bit. As a result,
now patch_alc883() gets merged to patch_alc882(). This cuts off lots
of lines.

I think this action is mostly OK as long as I tested with hda-emu.
But, if you find any problems with this, please let me know.
At best, get alsa-info.sh output before updating.

It's always recommended to keep alsa-info.sh output once on a working
system. This will make easier to track down the problem.

thanks,

Takashi
