[PATCH] ASoC: makes rtd->initialized bit field

rtd->initialized is used to know whether soc_init_pcm_runtime()
was correctly fined, and used to call snd_soc_link_exit().
We don't need to have it as bool, let's make it bit-field same as
other flags.
