[PATCH] ASoC: soc-pcm: remove snd_soc_dpcm_stream_{lock/unlock}_irq()

soc-pcm.c has snd_soc_dpcm_stream_{lock/unlock}_irq() helper function,
but it is almost nothing help. It just makes a code complex.
Let's remove it.
