Just checked. The values are correct after applying the patch:

$ amixer cset name='PGA Volume' '0','0'
$ i2cget -y -f  2 0x4A 0x0A
0x1a
$ i2cget -y -f  2 0x4A 0x0B
0x1a
$ amixer cset name='PGA Volume' '30','30'
$ i2cget -y -f  2 0x4A 0x0A
0x18
$ i2cget -y -f  2 0x4A 0x0B
0x18
